  From the moment I walked into Northstar show room in Kippa-Ring until I picked up my new Polo the customer service was excellent. Special thanks to Marius who looked after me so well.   We would like to express our gratitude to Northstar for providing such a great car buying experience. Your salesman, Jesse Crofts, went above and beyond our expectations. Jesse was very helpful, low pressure and has good follow through. We found his personality, honesty and professionalism to be exceptional. This was so welcome and unexpected after our negative experiences with competing so-called master dealers. Northstar and Jesse Crofts stand out from their competitors because they treat females equally and everyone fairly. If you are a woman, my teenage daughter and I say, "Go to Northstar and forget the nonsense dished out by the rest". We were also impressed to see how the Fiat 500 was detailed for pick up. We look forward to having the same excellent service throughout the car service agreement.
